Peroneus Tertius

Origin = Distal third of the fibula, anterior surface; adjacent portions of the interossius membrane.

Insertion = Base of th efifth metatarsal, dorsal surface.

Action = Dorsiflexes the ankle joint and everts the midtarsal joint.
